Professional Development

School districts across the state, now more than ever, are faced with challenging budgets and demands as they work to provide outstanding educational opportunities for students with special needs. WCASS plays a critical role in helping Directors of Special Education and Pupil Services, as well as other special education leaders, make the most of their limited resources. Through a variety of professional development opportunities, WCASS members can enhance their knowledge base, learn about new policies and trends, techniques, practices, and products that can help them provide superior support services for students with special needs, while sharing their expertise with peers and developing a support network.
