2018 Academy for New Special Education Leadership
About the Academy:  To support new special education leaders as they strive to meet the challenges of their new positions, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (WDPI) Special Education Team and the Wisconsin Council of Administrators of Special Services (WCASS) host this two-day training opportunity for first- and second-year Directors of Special Education, Special Education Coordinators or Designees. If you are an experienced leader, please pass this information on to a colleague who is new to the role. WDPI staff and WCASS members will present sessions addressing a variety of procedural and relevant topics. New this year!  New Building Administrators will be invited to attend afternoon sessions on August 8!

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of fees will be made on cancellations received 10 working days prior to the event. Following that date, a 40% administrative fee will be retained. There will be no refund for no-shows or cancellations during the event.
